Born in 1990, I've been in the industry since 2014.
Started training in 2004 at 14 years old.
I have been fat, been thin, been fit, been fat again, then been fit again.
For the past 18+ years, I have studied how my body lost weight, gain it back and gained muscle to have more definition and have been really curious what was happening.
So since 2014, I had decided to take it PROFESSIONALLY and dig deeper into the field of fitness.
Since then, I have been helping hundreds of clients achieve their fitness goals, while getting rid of their PAIN in the body caused by inactivity.
